My name is Ahmed Mohamed Raouf. Here is a short bio about myself.
Educational Experience:
– I hold a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Structural Engineering, both from the University of Sulaimani, Iraq.
– I previously graduated with honors from high school in Ottawa, Canada.
– I have published peer-reviewed articles in local and international journals on repairing damaged masonry wall structures using various engineering materials.
Work Experience:
– I have worked as a supervising site engineer for reputable companies in Sulaimani City and have also been involved in the implementation of residential structures.
– As part of my role in a consulting engineering bureau, I have visited projects that required structural strengthening or repair and supervised their rehabilitation.
– I am also currently working as an assistant lecturer at Komar University of Science and Technology.
My goal is to share my knowledge with students and get them interested in engineering ideas and concepts, both theoretically and practically.
